摘要
采用RAPD技术对两组不同米质水平的水稻品种进行鉴定,结果表明:20个引物中有4个呈现扩增多态性,扩增率为20%;优质与劣质稻米品种在分子水平上存在差异.
Rice varieties of two groups of different rice-quality were identitied by using RAPD technique . It showed that four of 20 primers were emerged in amplified pclysmorphism; the rate of amplification was 20 percent. From this the difference of melecule between high-quality and low-quality eating rice was proved.
