摘要
以DB-624毛细管色谱柱(94%二甲基聚硅氧烷和6%氰丙基硅氧烷)为分离要素,使用FID检测器,建立高效快速的气相色谱法,实现了农药氟虫腈中残留溶剂乙醇、甲苯的含量的测定与控制。实验结果表明,该方法灵敏度高,线性范围宽,测定结果准确可靠。
To establish a establish a GC method for the determination of two residual organic solvents in fipronil . The CGC was equipped with a flame-ionization detector. A 0.53 mm×30 m,DB-624 capillary chromatographic column(coated with 94% dimethylpolysioxane and 6% cyanopropyl-polysiloxane stationary phase) was adopted .This method is reliable in terms of precision, accuracy, specificity, detectability, linearity and durability. It is applicable to the detection of residual organic solvents in fipronil.
