An Antomatically-Inspecting Method for Ampoule Sealing Quality

提出一种新的安瓿瓶密封质量的自动检测方法（“导电法”）。与传统的“蓝浴法”相比，这种方法利用合格安瓿瓶与有缺陷的安瓿瓶之间导电性的差别，可以更有效、更可靠地识别并剔除有裂纹或微孔的残次安瓿瓶。

A new automatically-inspecting mothod for ampoule sealing quality is proposed in this paper. Making use of the conductivity difference be tween the GOOD and DEFECT ampoules,it is more effect and reliable to iden tify and reject the defect ampoules with fractures or microscopic holes, com pared with the traditional inspecting method autoclaving with methyleneblue.
