Biological Diesel Oil:A New Spark of the Industry Economy Development in Yunnan Province

应对我国日益严峻的能源问题,国家大力倡导发展可再生能源。生物柴油作为最重要的液体可再生燃料之一,近年来已在国内外得到了迅速开发。本文在介绍了生物柴油目前的发展状况后,重点分析了云南省发展生物柴油产业在自然资源、人才和技术以及政策法规方面的优势,并给出了发展生物柴油产业的相关对策建议。

To deal with China＇s increasing serious energy problems, the government has greatly promoted the development of the renewable energy resources. As one of the most important renewable liquid fuels, the bio-diesel has been rapidly developed in recent years both at home and abroad. After introducing the current development of bio-diesel, this paper focused on the developmental advantages of bio-diesel industry in natural resources, talent and technology, and policies and regulations in Yunnan Province and gave the relevant proposals of policy.
