摘要
MBO作为企业制度的创新,在我国企业改革已有广泛的应用。从实行MBO的动因、特点(中国特有的)、实行范围、障碍和困难及应对措施着手,探讨规范和发展我国MBO的对策。
MBO, as an innovation of reform of enterprise system, has been widely used in China. In this paper, the motives, characteristics, scope, obstacles and difficulties of MBO practice in China are discussed, and at last the measures about how to regulate and boost MBO in China are proposed.
