本文结合高等职业教育旅游管理专业的岗位能力需求,从课程改革与建设、实践教学、多证多能以及教师团队建设等方面探索旅游管理专业技能人才培养的新模式,通过实行课堂大搬迁、实训大手笔、技能大综合、考试大改革等措施,为全面提高旅游人才培养质量,提升学生的就业竞争力和综合素质进行了积极的探索与实践。
