科技资源的价值及其价值表现分析

Analysis on the value and the value manifestation of science and technology resources

本文在剖析科技资源的内涵及分类的基础上,从科技资源具有的稀缺性、资本属性和商品属性等不同角度分析其价值来源,开展了科技资源价值的表现形式和增值(殖)过程研究,进一步分析了科技资源横向价值和纵向价值在流动过程中的"价值差",以及从价值属性角度表现出的科技资源的科学价值、社会价值和经济价值。

In this paper, the origins of such values, their manifestation and the process of multiplication were analyzed from the points of the scarceness of science and technology resources and their characters as capital and commodity, also based on the investigation of their connotation and classification. Further, the ＂value disparity＂ formed during the course of value flowing and the scientific value, the social value, as well as the economic value of science and technology resources were discussed.
