On the analysis framework of the operation of scientific organizations

本文从科学社会学和组织社会学的视角,对科研组织的运行做了理论分析。认为科研组织的运行是研究目标、行为主体、认知方式、经费来源、运行规范、评价标准等六个结构性要素的相互作用的实践过程。

This article presents a theoretical analysis on the operation of science organization, with the perspective of sociology of science and sociology of organization. The study concludes that the operation is the interactional process of research goal, actors, cognitive style, funding source, operation norms and evaluation standards, all of which integrate in different ways with the result of various operation modes of scientific organizations.
