Based on the characteristics of fundus images, some methods for taking the pattern features in thecomputer aided diagnosis system with fundus CIA are portal. These methods include taking colorfeatures from a color fundus image, reparating color latent features from the highlight of a fundus image, Mahalanobis distance vector and multiresolution fortional feature methods.
