α-半乳糖苷酶在豆粕型日粮中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 α-半乳糖苷类物质是豆粕中的一种抗营养因子,又称"胀气因子",可引起动物的胃胀、腹泻、呕吐等一系列症状,而添加α-半乳糖苷酶可降低这种抗营养作用。文章综合了近几年国内外的研究,对α-半乳糖苷的抗营养作用,相应酶制剂的作用机制、应用效果和发展前景作一探讨。
