摘要
使用苯甲酰氯与乙酰乙酸乙酯反应,制得苯甲酰乙酸乙酯。然后经羰基保护,羟胺缩合等反应制得3-羟基-5-苯基异唑,产率≥60%。同时还分离出异构体3-苯基-2-异唑琳酮-5。产品结构经IR、元素分析等确证。
3-hydroxy-5-phenyl isoxazole is prepared by condensation of hydorxylamine and ethyl benzoyl acetate of which the carbonyl group was protected. Ethyl benzoyl acetate is synthesized from benzoylchloride and ethyl acetoacetate. The Yield is more than 60%. 3 - phenyl-2-isoxazolinone- 5 is alsoseperated. and its stvucture proved by IR and elemntal analsis.
