摘要
论述基于DSP+μC/OS-Ⅱ的全桥零电压零电流开关(ZVZCS)DC/DC移相变换的励磁系统的数字控制实现方法,通过对励磁电压、电流的采样,完成恒励磁电流、恒功率因数、恒无功功率的3种双闭环PID控制。为了实现对励磁系统最优化控制,将μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式系统嵌入到DSP中,在多任务环境下对所有任务的监视和调度,解决单任务环境下数控电源实时性差的问题,实验表明该励磁系统的性能相对于晶闸管移相整流励磁有了明显提高。
The digital control method of excitation system of whole bridge(ZVZCS)DC/DC shifting phase transition which is controlled by DSP+μC/OS-Ⅱ is introduced in the paper, when excitation voltage and current is sampled, double close- loop PID control is utilized to realize three types of control,including constant exciting current,constant power factor and constant reactive power of excitation system. In order to achieve optimization of control, built - in type of operating system of μC/ OS -Ⅱ is embedded in DSP to monitor and assign all task under the condition of multi task, resolving the problem which real - time characteristic is difficult. Experiment results show that the performance of excitation system is in evidence improved relatively to phase position controlled bridge of Silicon controlled rectifier.
