摘要 用HF酸作为激发剂并结合物理粉磨活化法对低钙粉煤灰进行活性激发试验。试验方案按正交L9(34)设计,以强度为考察指标,研究了HF掺量、混料时间以及陈化时间等主要因素对粉煤灰活化作用的影响;并综合经济性、操作性、粉煤灰活性发挥等其他因素,确定其最合适激发工艺为:每kg的FA中HF掺量为12mL,混料时间6min,陈化时间2d。同时,利用活化的低钙粉煤灰制备了地聚水泥。 Excited low calcium fly ash by HF acid as stimulator and grinding. The experiment is designed with cross method[L9(3^4)], set the strength as the exam index, studied the effect of the HF mixing amount, mixing time and the other main factors on the activation of the fly ash. Combined with the other factors as economic, operation, fly ash activity, etc, a best appropriate process is that 12mL HF in every kilogram of fly ash, and the mixing time is 6min, the maturing time is two days. Finally, produced geopolymeric cement use the activated fly ash.
