摘要
分析了新型干法水泥工艺生产中,水泥与高效减水剂的适应性问题;并从熟料矿物成分、碱含量、标准稠度用水量、水泥的新鲜程度和水泥温度、石膏品种及水泥细度等方面进行分析。在此基础上,提出了降低新型干法窑C3A含量及采用分别粉磨工艺等措施,以改进水泥与高效减水剂适应性。
This paper gives an analysis of the compatibility of cement with superplascizer during the production of new dry-process cement production. The analysis is made from aspects including mineral components of clinker, alkali content, water demand at standard consistency, freshness and temperature of cement, gypsum type and cement fineness etc.. Moreover, methods for improving the compatibility of cement with superplascizer such as reducing C3A content during the new dry process clinker production and grinding in batches etc. are introduced too.
