概括介绍了锚固技术的一般概念、分类以及其中灌浆锚杆的受力机理和抗拔力计算。在此基础上,详细介绍了台泥(贵港)2×6000t/d熟料生产线工程中,锚固技术在几个大型堆场(65m×400m石灰石预均化堆场、50m×400m辅助原料预均化堆场、58m×400m原煤预均化堆场和50m×400m混合材预均化堆场)基础设计施工中的应用情况。其中包括场地地质情况、锚杆设计计算、锚杆施工工艺、抗拔试验结果分析等。从实施效果看,锚杆基础比常规基础投资省且施工工期短。
Introduced in brief the technology of anchor fixing as the general concept, sort and the mechanical mechanism and calculation of the up-lift resistance of grouted anchor rods. And then introduced in detail the application of the anchor fixing technology in base construction of several large-scale stockpiles (including a 65 m×400 m limestone preblending stockpile, a 50 m×400 m assistant raw material preblending stockpile and a 58 m×400 m raw coal preblending stockpile) of Taiwan Cement (Guigang) Project, like field geology, calculation of anchor rods design, construction and up-lift resistance analysis. From the practical effect we can see that the cost of anchor rods base is lower than that of the general base and the construction time is also shorter.
