摘要
介绍了叶蜡石均匀性对玻璃纤维池窑拉丝影响情况,通过对叶蜡石均匀性的实验找出了如固体粒子的粒度及粒度分布、均化仓的仓容、均化设备的性能、均化次数及均化时间等影响叶蜡石均化效果的因素。叶蜡石的均匀性用SiO2、Al2O3的标准偏差来表示。
The homogeneity of pyrophyllite has big influence on glass fiber forming. Through the experiment on pyrophyllite homogeneity, the factors affecting the homogenization of pyrophyllite, such as the size of solid granules and size distribution, the capacity of blending bins, the performance of homogenizing equipment, the homogenizing frequency and homogenizing time, were found. The homogeneity ofpyrophyllite is expressed by the standard deviation of SiO2 and Al2O3.
