摘要
运用系统理论和辩证法，文章探讨了市场经济、计划经济和社会主义市场经济三种经济体制下不同的管理模式的特点，分析市场经济充满活力而计划经济缺乏活力的原因，论证社会主义市场经济体制是当代中国最佳的选择．
From the perspective of system theory and dialectics,this paper discusses the characteristics of managerial models of three economic systems:market economy,planned economy and socialist market economy,analyses the reasons why the market economy is full of vigor while the planned economy lacks it,and expounds that the socialist market economic system is the best choice for modern China.
