摘要
阐述了以人本管理为核心的企业管理理论发展过程,明确指出企业人本管理的主导方式(激励原则),并讨论了不同条件下企业人本管理方式.
This article expounds the development process of management theory of enterprise, which is the kernel of the people-oriented management, and points out its main style. In such different enterprise circumstance, the mothods of the people-oriented management is also discussed.
