溶胶凝胶-自蔓延燃烧法制备La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_3纳米粉体 被引量:3

La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_3 Nanometer Powders Prepared by Sol-gel Auto-combustion

摘要 以乙二醇为溶剂,柠檬酸为络合剂,用溶胶凝胶-自蔓延燃烧法合成La1-xSrxMnO3纳米粉体。探讨了制备过程中的最佳成胶温度,pH值,烧结温度;利用X衍射分析了掺锶量对晶体结构的影响;用数字电桥测定了不同掺锶量的样品的电导率;运用热重和红外光谱对粉体的形成过程进行了分析。实验结果表明,最佳制备条件是:成胶温度65℃,溶液初始pH值1.5,烧结温度800℃;粉体的电导率随掺锶量增加而增大,以x=0.3最大;自燃烧后La1-xSrxMnO3钙钛矿结构已初步形成且掺杂后钙钛矿结构没有改变,但晶胞参数发生了一定的变化。 La1-xSrxMnO3 nanomete powders were prepared by sol - gel auto - combustion method with ethylene glycol as the solvent and citric acid as complexing agent. The optimum experimental condition was investigated. X - ray diffraction was used to analyze the crystal structure of the powders with different doping concentrations of St. The electronic conductivity of the powder were determined by digital electric bridge. The process of powder formation was studied by TG - DTG analysis and FTIR. It is found that the electronic conductivity increased with increase of doping concentration of Sr while the maximum value appeared at x = 0.3. Perovskite structure has come to being after auto - combustion process and isn' t changed with strontium doped into the powders, but the unit cell parameters are changed.
