摘要
采用普通凝固技术在Mg68Zn28Y4合金中制备出二十面体稳定准晶相。通过普通光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)观察了合金凝固组织和准晶相的形貌;扫描电镜附带能谱(EDS)确定了准晶相成分;透射电子显微分析技术(TEM)确定了准晶相结构。结果表明,Mg68Zn28Y4三元合金在室温冷却过程中,准晶相优先从液相形核、长大;凝固组织为Mg7Zn3+α-Mg+Mg60Zn30Y10+(包晶组织);Mg60Zn30Y10准晶相微观形貌呈花瓣状、五边形和六边形;准晶晶粒尺寸小于10μm。
Stable icosahedral quasicrystals were prepared by as- cast method in Mg68Zn28Y4 alloy. The Inicrostmcture of the as - cast Mg68Zn28Y4 alloy is analyzed by OM, composition and phases are analyzed by SEM and EDS. The quasicrystal structure is identified by TEM. Results show that the quasicrystal - phases directly nucleate and grow from melt of cooling Mg68Zn28Y4 ternary al- loys ; The microstmctures of the alloy consist of Mg7Zn3 + α - Mg + Mg60Zn30Y10 + (peritertic) ; The micromorphology of the alloy appears in bluk shape and with less than 10μm grain size.
