摘要
针对我国氧化铕提取工艺的现状和高纯氧化铕各种生产工艺流程及存在的问题,本文阐述了以P507-煤油有机溶剂为萃取剂,在RECl3-HCl-HNO3体系中制取≥99.999%高纯氧化铕清洁生产工艺流程及特点。研究解决了工艺过程中各种化工辅料的循环使用和综合利用问题,以较低的运行成本实现了工艺过程中的废物资源化及产品化,同时降低了水的消耗,使还原萃取提铕分离工艺与环境治理有机结合,降低了工艺生产成本和环境治理成本,实现了清洁化生产。提出高纯氧化铕制备清洁生产工艺。
An environment - friendly technology for the production of high purity europia ( ≥ 99.999 % ) is introduced in the system of RECl3 - HCl - HNO3 with P507 - coal oil as extractant. Common problems such as the recycle of various chemical assistive materials in production processes for high purity europia are solved by the new technology. In addition, less water is consumed in the process. Thus, the new teclmology successfully meets the need for producing europia without polluting the environment as before.
