摘要
阐述了对我国学术期刊制定分级评定体系的客观必要性,并分析了现有的八个分级评定体系,提出了制定分级评定体系应依据的原则和实现的方法。
The necessity of founding the grade assessment system of the scientific and technological periodicals is analyzed. Eight systems of the grade assessment are introduced, the principia and means are brought forward.
