摘要
分析了专利信息的基本内涵,探讨了企业在制定科研计划等方面时对专利信息基础上需求情况,提出专业信息服务机构应从四个方面去开展有针对性的专利信息咨询服务,满足企业的各种专利信息需求。
The enterprise is the principal part of innovation and competition in our country. The technician in enterprise demand Patent Information progressively. Metallurgical enterprise hold self-characteristic, this paper introduce the meaning and action of Patent Information. The information institution holding advantage may perform service of the Patent Information and support innovation of the enterprise.
