摘要
综述了电气化对促进经济增长、改善生活质量、节能、代油等重要意义,论述了工业化、城市化、信息化和新技术是推动电气化迅速发展的动力。我国应该研究制定以电力为基础的能源发展战略和电气化计划。
This paper summarizes significant benefits of electrification in advancing economical growth, improving living quality, energy conservation and substitution of petroleum, and concludes that industrialization, urbanization, information revolution and new technology are among the major driving force of electrification. It proposes that a new energy strategy based on electricity be sophisticatedly studied and drawn up.
