摘要
对2007年全国风电装机发展的基本情况进行了分析,介绍了我国风电装机总容量在世界中的位置及其在我国发电装机总容量中的情况,进一步显示了在《可再生能源法》颁布后的2年来我国风电发展的显著成就,并从中引发出一些对政策作用的思考。
This paper analyzes the general situation of the development of China＇s wind power installation in 2007, stating China＇s place in the world＇s total wind power installation and indicating the percentage of wind power in the overall configuration of power generation of China. Remarkable achievements in wind power development have been made in China in the last two years since the ＂Law on Renewable Energy＂ was issued, and this paper presents some reflections on the function of the energy policy.
