摘要
稀土掺杂碱土金属硫化物由于其特殊的上转换性能,可广泛应用于科研、国防、农业、医疗等方面。综述了其多种制备方法、制备过程中所需注意的影响因素,例举了该材料在光性能研究中所涉及的性质机理,并汇总了该材料一系列的表征方法,对其将来的研究方向进行了展望。
Because of good up-conversion property, rare earth-doped alkaline earth sulfide materials are widely used in the fields of scientific research, national defense, agriculture and medicing etc. In this paper, multiple preparation methods including influence factors are introduced. The mechanism about optical properties and a series of test methods are summed up. And the future direction of research is prospected.
