摘要
熔融盐法是利用熔融盐作反应物或兼作熔剂,在固液态间进行反应,可以有效降低反应温度和缩短反应时间,合成出符合计量比以及结晶发育良好的正极材料,是合成锂离子正极插层材料一种新的有效的方法。分析了镍系锂离子电池正极材料的结构特点和现阶段存在的问题,并就近年来国内外关于采用熔融盐法合成镍系锂离子电池正极材料的现状,结合实际的研究情况进行了综述。
A molten-salt synthesis is to use the eutectic mixed salt as the reactant or the melting agent. Because the reaction exists in solid-liquid state, it can decrease effectively the reaction temperature and the time,and intercalation compound having stoichiometric proportion and fine crystal structure can be synthesized. And this will provide a new approach for lithium ion cathode materials. The structural characteristics and existing problems of the nickel-based cathode material for lithium ion battery are analyzed. And the recent researches on the preparation of nickel-based cathode materials by the molten-salt synthesis at home and abroad are reviewed, mainly from our recent studies.
