摘要
裂纹扩展速率不仅是高温合金涡轮盘的重要使用性能,同时也是涡轮盘损伤容量设计和寿命预测的重要指标之一。总结了高温合金的裂纹扩展速率的各种影响因素,包括外部因素和内部因素两大类。外部因素指试件或构件的实验条件或服役条件,如温度、环境、频率、应力比、保裁时间以及其它因素等。内部因素指材料本身所具有的状态和性能,如材料的晶粒尺寸、析出相、晶界及化学成分等。这些因素单独作用或交互作用影响高温合金裂纹扩展速率。
Crack propagation rate is not only the important service performance for superalloy but also one of the significant indexes of the damage tolerance design and life prediction for disc materials. In this paper, various influencing factors of the crack propagation rate of superalloy are concluded, including external factors and internal factors. External factors refer to experiment conditions and service conditions of specimens or components, such as temperature, environment, frequency, stress ratio, hold time and other factors. Internal factors refer to the conditions and performances of the test materials, such as grain size, precipitation phase, grain boundary and chemical composition, These factors affect each other separately or mutually,and also affect the crack propagation rate of superalloy.
