摘要
空间相机的热平衡/热真空试验中,一般采用红外笼-热流计的闭环控制系统来模拟相机进光口处的外热流。由于对相机光路的遮挡,通用的平板式红外笼难以满足热真空试验中相机的成像要求。文章在分析的基础上设计了一种圆筒式红外笼,同时满足了热平衡试验的外热流模拟要求和热真空试验相机的成像要求;对同一台相机采用两种红外笼的试验结果进行了对比分析。
In the thermal balance/vacuum test (TBT/TVT) of a space camera, an IR array-radiometer closed system is usually used near the camera's window to simulate the arriving heat flux. The most commonly used flat IR array can not satisfy the requirements because of its block to the light ray. A column IR array has been designed, which can satisfy both the heat flux (in TBT) and imaging (in TVT) requirements. Test results for two different types of IR array were compared and analyzed.
