建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,是从我国国情出发提出的一项重大的战略决策,是贯彻落实科学发展观和构建和谐社会的必然要求。为实现这一目标,需要转变经济发展方式,完善资源节约、环境友好的政策机制,采取有利于环境保护的生产方式、生活方式、消费模式,建立人与环境良性互动的关系,实现人与自然的和谐与永续发展。

To construct a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society is an important strategic decision for implementing scientific development and constructing a harmonious society according to the present situation in China. In order to realize the goal, ways of economic development should be changed and relative policies and systems must be improved; environment-friendly modes of production and consumption, life style as well as a positive interaction between human and the environment should be adopted so as to realize a harmonious and everlasting development of both human and nature.
