摘要
160Tb－EDTA注入美国海兰鸡种蛋，孵出雏鸡，解剖取21种组织、器官．用γ能谱测定160Tb．证明160Tb-EDTA能透过种蛋胎膜进入雏鸡各组织和器官中。
The American Hyline breeding eggs injected 160 Tb-EDTA soluliton were hatched. Theconcentration of 160Tb-EDTA in 21 tissues and organs of chickens were determined by γ-en-energy spectrum. The result shows that 160 Tb-EDTA penetrate fetal membrance into tissuesand organs of chicken.
