摘要
本文首先对高灵敏度云纹干涉法的发展进行了简要回顾,然后对其理论基础以及各种制栅技术进行了综述。最后结合实例,介绍了该实验技术在新材料以及微电子封装可靠性分析等细观大学研究领域中的成功应用。
First,a brief review is held of the development of high-sensitivity moire interferometry.Further,the theoretical basis of this method and all sorts of grating-making techniques aresummarized. Finally, successful applications of these experimental techniques in the meso-mechanical research field are illustrated with examples,including the new material develop-ment and the reliability analysis of microelectronic packing.
