压力容器及管道环向表面裂纹复合加载下的延性断裂评定 被引量:2

THE ESTIMATION OF DUCTILE FRACTURE OF TANGENTIAL SURFACE CRACKS IN PRESSURE VESSELS AND PIPES UNDER COMBINED LOADING

摘要 基于简单拉伸下的J积分全塑性解,建立了环向表面裂纹在拉伸、弯曲复合加载下的J积分近似表达式,表达式简捷明确,完全满足了工程评定的精度要求.文中还结合塑性失稳准则,建立了G因子表范例,使延性断裂评定更易于实现规范化. Based on fully plastic solution of J integral under axial tension,an approximate expres-sion for solving the J integral of tangential surface cracks under combined loading of tensionand bending is established. This expression features explicitness and exactness,which per-fectly satisfies the demand for the accuracy of engineering estimation. The paper also gives anexample of a G factor table through the use of the plastic stability failure criterion,whichmakes it easier to realize the standardization of ductile fracture estimation.
