血铅同位素稀释质谱法检测结果的传递性检验 被引量:2

摘要 目的用原子吸收光谱法对同位素稀释-质谱方法检测牛血铅数据作量值传递性验证。方法原则采用卫生部推荐的原子吸收光谱法。首先通过检测表达中国有证标准物质,以示方法的可重复性和可操作性,在此基础上,用美国国家标准与技术研究院(NIST)研制的有证标准物质SRM955b的血铅浓度值作为确定数值制作工作曲线,检测专门研制的牛血铅物质,并与同位素稀释-质谱检测数据进行比对分析。结果两种方法所测三种浓度结果分别进行配对t检验,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论通过比对分析,原子吸收光谱法在严格质量控制条件下可以进行权威检测方法的量值传递。 Objective To verify bovine blood lead as magnitude transfer detected by atomic absorption spectroscopy method with isotope dilution-mass spectrometry. Methods Principles recommended by the Ministry of Health AAS method. Firstly detected certification standards material ,to show the way repeatability and operability. With the United States Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) developed a certification standard material SRM955b blood lead concentration values defined numerical production curve. Detected bovine blood compared data with isotope dilution-mass spectrometry. Results Three concentration results measured by the two methods,respectively paired t test,there was no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion Through ratio analysis,method of atomic absorption spectrometry in strict quality control conditions competent authority detection of magnitude transfer.
