飞行员血清胆红素及MDA-LDL与动脉粥样硬化水平相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,MDA—LDL及飞行员动脉粥样硬化程度的检测,评价TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,MDA—LDL与动脉粥样硬化程度的相关性。方法495名飞行员,年龄22~43岁;对照组为地勤体检人员40名,年龄25~46岁健康,禁食12h,空腹早8点抽取静脉血用KHC。法检测总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)和间接胆红素(IBIL);用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测丙二酰二醛修饰的低密度脂蛋白(MDA—LDL)。依据颈动脉超声检查颈动脉窦部粥样宽块厚度的结果,将动脉粥样硬化的程度分为0,1,2,3级。结果飞行员动脉粥样硬化患病率为21.2%。动脉粥样硬化的不同程度与TBIL,DBIL,IBIL呈负相关(r=-0.257,P〈0.001;r=-0.341,P〈0.001,r=-0.316,P%0.001),与MDA—LDL呈正相关(r=0.114,P〈0.05);MDA—LDL与TBIL,DBIL,IBIL呈负相关(r=-0.216,P〈0.01,r=-0.175,P〈0.05,r=201.P〈0.01)。结论飞行员的MDA—LDL,TBIL,DBIL,IBIL不但是诱发动脉粥样硬化的一个临床危险因素,而且可能还参与了动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展过程。 Objective To study the correlation between the concentration of TBil,DBil,IBil and MDA-LDL in pilots serum and the degree of atherosclerosis of pilots. Methods The blood samples of pilots and control group were collected;the concentration of TBil,DBil,and IBil were detected by SHC3 method and MDA-LDL was detected by ELISA. The thickness of atherosclerosis block of carotid was detected by ultrasonic. Basis on the ultrasonic result,the atherosclerosis degree was divided into 4 grade (0,1,2,3),all data were be analyzed by SPSS 10. 0 software. Results About 21.4% pilots suffered from atherosclerosis. The correlativity between the concentration of TBil ,DBil ,IBil and MDA-LDL in pilots serum and the degree of atherosclerosis of pilots were obviously (r=- 0. 257,-0. 341,-0. 316,0. 114). Conclusion The high level of TBil, DBil, IBil and MDA-LDL in pilots serum maybe increase the risk of suffering from atherosclerosis and TBil ,DBil,IBil and MDA-LDL may be involve in pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.
