摘要
学校食堂承担着为生长发育期儿童和少年提供营养，促进其生长发育的重任。为了帮助广大食堂卫生管理工作者了解食堂现状并采取相应措施，本调查对学校食堂的管理现状进行了综述，并对存在的问题提出了建议。
School caterings take the responsibility to feeding the children and adolescents and promoting their grow-up. To help the managers of canteens have a better job, the current management of food hygiene in school caterings and some suggestion for the problems exist were reviewed in the article.
