摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定江南卷柏片中穗花杉双黄酮的含量。方法:C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,51μm);流动相:乙腈(A)-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱;检测波长:338nm;流速:1ml/min。结果:穗花杉双黄酮在5.25~262.5μ/ml间,峰面积与其质量呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=62621C+39、79,r^2=1;平均回收率为97.1%,RSD为1.9%。结论:该方法可以用来控制江南卷柏片的质量,方法简便、准确。
Objective:to establish a HPLC method to determine amentoflavone in Jiangnan Spikemoss Tablets, Methods:detective conditions are as follows : C 18 Column ( 250mm ×4, 6 mm, 5 μm) ; mobile phase : ace ( A ) - 0. 5 % glacial acetic acid ( B ), gradient elution ; detective wavelength : 338nm ; flow rate :1 ml/min. Results : area of the peak showed a good linear relationship with content within the range of 5.25 -262.5μg/ml, regression equation: A = 62621C + 39.79, r^2 = 1 with the average recovery rate being 97.1%, RSD = 1. 9%. Conclusion:the method is convenient and accurate for determination of amentoflavone in Jiangnan Spikemoss Tablets.
