摘要
《元典章》是一部元朝诏旨、条画和案例的汇编。它是民间刊行的法学用书，并非官修法典。其中“户部”部分对於研究元代社会和经济具有极其重要的价值。但此书错讹甚多，需要认真整理。
Yuan Dianzhang is a compilation of the rescripts,laws and cases of Yuan Dynasty.It is not an officially compiled code,but a nongovernmentally published law book.The Hubu(户部)section is really valuable to the research of the society and economy of Yuan Dynasty,yet it still needs some precise revisions for a great many mistakes and errors in it.
