摘要
青贮饮料适口性好、营养丰富、消化率高,是饲喂牛羊的好饲料。制作好的青贮饮料若与大量空气接触,在微生物的作用下,就会继续进行好氧发酵并产生热量,使青贮饲料腐败,这就是青贮饲料的二次发酵,又称好气性腐败。
