摘要
经在5家小型冷冻饮品厂采用HACCP方法,明显提高了产品卫生质量。乳蛋类产品卫生质量合格率由65.5%提高到92.0%;非乳蛋类产品卫生质量由49.2%提高到80.0%。证明HACCP是搞好食品卫生管理的一种有效方法。
y adopting the way HACCP in five small frozen drinks plants,the hygienical standard of the products has been obviously improved greatly.For instance,the hygienical standard of the daity & egg products is raised from 655 percent to 92 percent;and that of other products from 492 percent to 80 percent.So its testified that HACCP is the effective way to manage the food hygiene.
