穴位按摩预防下腹部急症手术中呕吐的应用

The application of point massage to prevent vomiting in hypogastric emergency operation

目的观察穴位按摩在下腹部急症手术中预防呕吐的效果。方法临床对照随机实验106例,实验组术中按摩中脘穴、天枢穴、气海穴、内关穴和足三里,对照组应用药物。结果实验组术中呕吐发生率和术后肺部感染率低,手术停顿时间短,与对照组相比差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩对于下腹部急症手术引起的呕吐有较好的预防效果,并且方便易行。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of point massage to prevent vomiting in hypogastric emergency operation. Methods 106 clinical cases were randomly derided into 2 groups,. Experimental group were massaged Zhongwan, Tianshu, Qihai region, Neiguan and Zusanli acupucture points during operation when the patients emerged nausea, and control group were intravenous driped metoclopramide. Results In experimental group, the incidence of vomit and the rate of pulmonary infection were low, and the standstill time was short during operation. There were significant differences between 2 groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Point massage was an effective method to prevent vomiting in hypogastric emergency operation.
