攀枝花市主要传染病报告准确性调查

INVESTIGATION ON ACCURACY OF MAIN INFECTIOUS DESEASES REPORT IN PANZHIHUA.

本次调查共查攀枝花市１９９６年所有报告的病毒性肝炎、菌痢、麻疹３７６０例，调查结果表明攀枝花市医院传染病报告率为９９．２３％；诊断不符合率为３４．２４％，其中肝炎为３９．７２％、菌痢为３１．４６％；乡级和市级医院的诊断不符合率分别为４６．８６％、３５．１５％。

e have investigated all reported viral hepatitis,bacillary dysentery,measles 3760 in Panzhihua during 1996,which showed that the fist:infectious diseases report rate of hospital is 9923%.The second:inconsistent diagnosis rate is 3424%(inconsistent diagnosis rate of hepatitis is 3927% and bacillary dysentery is 3146%).The third:inconsistent diagnosis rate of country hospital is 4886% and city hospital is 3515%.
