摘要
在目前通货紧缩,消费市场持续低迷的情况下,强化财政投融资体制,实施积极的财政政策,对于扩大内需,促进经济进一步稳定、持续增长有着重要的现实意义。本文通过对我国现行财政投融资体制的分析,提出了今后如何强化与完善我国财政投融资体制的看法。
In the view of deflation and consumption-downturn ,we must strengthen the system of investment and financing and carry out positive financing policy , which have practical significance in accelerating economic further firmness and continuous increase. Through analyzing Chinese system of investment and financing, this paper proposes some perspectives on how to strengthen and improve the system in the future.
