摘要
高职院校隐性德育课程的设计开发有其必要性、必然性和可行性,包括与中学德育接轨和与职后教育接轨两方面内容,可以从物理-空间、组织-制度、文化-精神三个层面加以考虑,通过入学教育、专业学习、实习实训、课外活动和硬件建设五个环节实行。
The design and development of hidden moral course in higher vocational schools, with necessity, inevitability and feasibility, includes two linkage parts of moral education of middle school and postprofession, which is considered in three levels of physics--space, organization--system and culture--spirit and implemented by enrollment education, professional study, intern and training, extracurricular activities and equipment construction.
