摘要
信息社会对对教师教育理论带来的严峻挑战和深刻变革,教师专业化成为国际教师教育改革的趋势。目前,我国在教师专业化方面存在着合格教师数量不足,教师队伍整体素质不高,以及社会对教师的道德期待和教师自身的道德要求之间还存在着一定的矛盾等突出问题。要树立终身学习的观念、更新教师教育理论、重视国际教育资源的参与,以教师专业化为核心的教师教育改革,以此推动我国教师专业化的发展。
Teacher's professionalization has become the tendency of international teacher's education reform due to serious challenge and deeply reform faced by teacher's education theory in the information society. Today, there are some problems in Chinese teacher's professionalization, such as inadequacy of qualified teachers, low quality of teachers group and difference between the social anxiety of teacher's moral level and its reality. In order to impetus the development of Chinese teacher's professionalization, we must establish life-long study concept , renew teacher 's education theory and put emphasis on the participation in the international education resources and teacher's education reform taking teacher's professionalization as a center.
