摘要
我国存在人才测评准确性不高的问题,其主要影响因素有:对人才测评的认识不够科学、测评量表的信度、效度低、测评技术的运用存在缺陷、人才测评针对性不强和关于人才测评的法律法规不健全。笔者认为通过构建科学的人才测评体系、加强人才测评队伍建设、提升测评人员的素质、合理使用各类人才测评技术、健全人才测评相关的法律法规等措施,可确保我国人才测评的准确性。
There is a problem that the accuracy of talent-test is very low in China. The major causes are some people's incorrect ideals of talent-test, the low reliability and validity of the scales, the shortcomings of testing methods, the imperfect laws and rules on talent-test. To guarantee high accuracy of talent-test in our country, we should construct a scientific talent-test system, consolidate the groups for talent-test, enhance the ability of talent-testers, use the talent-test methods correctly, and perfect the laws and roles on talent-test.
