滤纸法测定淡色库蚊乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的实验研究

FILTER PAPER TEST FOR THE DETERMINATION OFACETYLCHOLINESTERASE IN CULEX PIPIENS PALLENS

用滤纸法根据颜色变化测定淡色库蚊敏感品系和抗性品系的乙酰胆碱酯酶（ＡＣｈＥ）活性情况，以区分单个蚊虫的抗性情况。结果显示：敏感品系个体的ＡＣｈＥ随杀虫剂浓度的增高而被抑制（不显色）；抗性品系个体则不被抑制（显色明显）。说明两品系间ＡＣｈＥ的含量和活性有所不同。此法可快速地测定淡色库蚊内的ＡＣｈＥ活性，简单易行，可作为一种淡色库蚊抗药性定性测定的方法，便于在现场中推广应用。

Filter paper test was used in this study to test the acetylcholinesterase(AChE) activities of susceptible and resistant strain of Cx. pipiens pallens, so as to determine the resistant level of individual mosquito according to colour changes. The results indicated that the AChE activity was inhabited in susceptible individuals by insecticides. While it cannot be inhabited in resistant individuals. It was demonstrated that there existed the difference in the AChE activity between susceptible and resistant mosquitoes. This method can rapidly determine the AChE activity in mosquitoes, and easy to perform, so it can be used for qualitatively determining the resistant level of mosquitoes and be convenient to be popularized in the field.
