冷宁康敷料应用于儿童植皮术前创面准备的临床观察

The clinical observation of appling hydrogel wound dressing on children for preoperative skin grafting

目的通过使用新型水凝胶敷料为延迟手术植皮的创面提供有效的治疗环境,促进新鲜肉芽生长,消除水肿肉芽,清洁创面。达到符合植皮标准的创面,加快愈合时间。方法在17例采用融痂方式治疗超过三周的儿童三度烧伤创面应用冷宁康敷料做术前创面准备,与以往传统应用油纱布敷料创面做对照,观察创面的植皮时间和一般情况。结果冷宁康组创面植皮准备时间、一般状况优于油纱布对照组。结论冷宁康敷料具有良好的封闭保湿性能,明显减少创面渗出,促进新鲜肉芽生长,提升创面的清洁程度,从而达到加快创面愈合的目的。

Objective Using the new hydrogel dressing for delaying skin graft surgery wound to pro- vide an effective therapeutic environment, promote the growth of fresh granulation, eliminate edema granulation, clean the wound, obtain the standard skin wounds, and accelerate healing time. Methods Seventeen children with third degree wound were used hydrogel dressing to compare with traditional salve gauze, observe wound and skin grafting and general situation . Results In the hydrogel wound dressing group,wound skin preparation time and the general situation was better than salve gauze control group. Conclusion The hydrogel wound dressing closed with good moisturizing properties and was safe and easy to use for promoting wound healing.
