摘要
目的对银翘散的血清药物化学进行研究。方法建立银翘散及灌胃银翘散的大鼠血清的HPLC指纹色谱分析方法;分析银翘散给药后及未给药所得血清样品与其体外银翘散和单味生药的成分比较,鉴定灌胃银翘散后大鼠血中移行成分、来源生药及其代谢产物。结果从灌胃银翘散的大鼠血中发现了15个入血成分,其中3个为新产生的代谢产物;12个成分为银翘散所含成分的原型,其中有一成分是来自金银花中的绿原酸。结论运用保留时间相对偏差为谱峰来源,对银翘散可作定性分析。
Objective: To study the serum pharmaceutical chemistry of Yin Qiao San. Methods: The rats'serum HPLC fingerprints chromatographys are established before and after Yin Qiao San fed; The comparison between serum sample before and after Yin Qiao San fed, and the external Yin Qiao San as well as the single crude ingredient was carried out; The transitional ingredients of the rats' blood after Yin Qiao San fed, the original crude and its product of metablism are identified. Results: Fifteen compounds are discovered in the rats'blood after Yin Qiao San fed, among them, 3 are new products of metablism; 12 are the original form of the compounds contained in Yin Qiao San, one of which originates from the chloarogenic acid of fles Lonicerae. Conclusion: The rehvant differences of retaining time as the original peaks are analyzed. The transitional ingredients in the blodd and metabolism products become the directly effective substance. The original crude drugs are the main ingredients of the prescription. The deep research will help explain the effective ingredients and effective mechanism.
