炸药中包装袋机及与装箱自动分配机设计

Design of Sack Packer and Boxing Automatic Distributor of the Explosive

本文介绍了一种受工房布局限制条件下实现乳化炸药装药、包装连续化生产的技术途径,讨论了炸药制品从装药工房到装箱工房之间皮带输送的安全问题。设计的气动双向中包装袋机和装箱自动分配机可与20卷自动装药机配合使用,使系统生产效率提高一倍以上。

This paper introduces the technical method of the realization of emulsion explosive encasement and the package continuous manufacturing in the limitation of the layout of the factory. And, it also discusses the safety problem of transmitting the explosives from charging buildings to the boxing buildings. The designed two-way pneumatic sack packer and boxing automatic distributor can work with the 20 volumes automatic charging machine, improving the productivity more than doubled.
